Valery Da Graca has been part of the Talents First journey since its inception in 2009, after first collaborating with founders Mike and Francine in 2008. A graduate in Economics and Management, he has grown alongside the company, evolving into his current role as Administration and Finance Manager.

In this position, Valery ensures the smooth operation of all administrative and financial processes. His role provides a cross-organisational perspective, allowing him to interact with colleagues and partners from a wide variety of backgrounds. His attention to detail, resourcefulness, and steady presence contribute significantly to the cohesion and dynamism of the team.

Beyond the office, Valery enjoys spending time with his wife and children and has become a dedicated DIY enthusiast, with a particular passion for renovating old houses.
