Ibrahim began his search career in 1994 at Ellis Fairbank, rising to Global Director and playing a pivotal role in scaling the firm into the UK’s largest single-site executive search business. His leadership spanned Industrial, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Telecoms, IT, and Finance, where he built and led high-performing sector teams.

As Managing Director of Excorian Global Search, he refined delivery models and spearheaded complex search mandates across the Energy Storage, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. Recognized for his strategic clarity and global mindset, Ibrahim has consistently delivered on C-suite and board-level appointments that shape industries.
