Francine Jeanblanc is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Talents First, a boutique executive search firm established in 2009. With more than 30 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, she brings strategic insight and a people-centered approach to executive search and leadership consulting.

She began her career in HR roles within the industrial sector, before transitioning to recruitment consultancy, where she led international departments and specialized in identifying high-potential candidates for complex, technical environments. Francine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and is certified as an Agileom coach, as well as an auditor at IHEDN.

At Talents First, Francine leads assignments primarily in the Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors, with a focus on France and the DACH region. She conducts projects in French, German and English, and is especially known for her work with German-speaking companies seeking cross-border recruitment support.

Her strengths lie in strategic workforce planning, intercultural fluency, and building long-term partnerships that help businesses secure the talent they need to grow and innovate.
